Returns & Store Credit

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

2. No cash refunds will be issued.

3. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or a gift card.

4. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and have tags attached.

Exchanges

1. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for size or item changes.

2. Products must be unworn and in sellable condition.

3. Exchanges are based on availability.

Worn Items / Defect Policy

1. If your worn item has a manufacturing defect within 14 days, we’ll assess the product and offer a fair resolution.

2. We do not guarantee refunds for wear and tear, misuse, or improper care beyond the 14-day period.
